I offer a free 30 minute telephone call so that we can introduce ourselves and decide if counselling is right for you.

If you decide to proceed then our first meeting will give us the opportunity to get to know one another and to decide if we wish to continue to work together. We will establish a business contract (regular day, session time and fee) including a confidentiality agreement at this meeting.

Fees

£60 per session (50 minutes)
£75 per session couples (60 minutes)
£65 per session for supervision (60 minutes)

I offer concessions to trainee counsellors for personal therapy and supervision, please contact me to discuss further/

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or cash. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer I will require payment at least 24 hours prior to the session. Payment in cash can be made at the time of the session.

I offer sessions face to face either in person in my counselling room, online via video link using the Zoom platform or by telephone.

I offer sessions in your own home if it is more appropriate for you.

We can discuss your preferences when you make your first appointment.
